An international electricity and gas company is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding Contact Centre team in Gloucester.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handle a wide range of queries (both internally and externally).
- Arrange appointments.
- Schedule work.
- Achieve customer satisfaction at a defined level of service.
- Promptly deal with calls in order to portray an image of a professional and high quality company.
- Operate office systems and equipment, process documents, maintain accurate records and access information within the company.
- Provide efficient and effective call handling support and assistance to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
- Resolve enquiries from both external and internal sources, providing telephone responses as appropriate.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Call Centre or Contact Centre role.
- IT Literate - knowledge of Excel and Word is essential. Access Desirable.
- Good written / verbal communication and numeracy skills.
- Accuracy with attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong communicator with the skills to be able to converse effectively at all levels.
Start Date - 3rd September 2012.
Candidates must have total flexibility.
In return you will receive a salary of £7.26 per hour (+ unsociable rates paid) plus free parking and an onsite canteen.
