My client is extending their Transfer Agency capability inLuxembourgto attract and retain Fund Services clients in that jurisdiction. Although originally targeted at a build out of Transfer Agency servicing capability this work stream is also responsible for the on boarding of new Custody and Fund Administration business that is secured as part of this work.
This role is concerned with the Fund Administration element.
The funds within scope are managed globally by my client's Asset Management offices and co-ordinated throughLuxembourg. The operating model requires a series of interfaces and reporting between the fund management offices (and their third party service providers) and their Edinburgh Office.
Working within the programme team this Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager will work very closely with the client and my client's service delivery, IT, and Business Support teams to facilitate a Model Office of the proposed operating model ahead of go live.
Requirements for this role include:
Proven track record that can be demonstrated in involvement in complex, cross organisational / geographical business and IT change within the Securities industry.
Combination of Business Analysis and Project administration skills.
Good communication and networking skills.
Strong business experience.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Practical experience of working on either the 'Buy' or 'Sell' side of the Securities industry.
Structured approach to business analysis including promoting and ensuring adherence to the project management framework defined by the Securities Programme.
Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (e.g., fund administrator, brokerage house, custodian, investment bank etc.) together with business analysis experience.
