Our client is a well respected and top performing high street bank and they have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Regional Bancassurance manager.
You will manage and lead the financial advisors and client relationship manager’s team to acquire, retain and grow customer relationships that meet the goals of the business Key accountabilities, ensuring that customer’s needs are met and feedback is encouraged to analyse, design and implement action plans accordingly. You will provide necessary feedback, training and support to develop self and individuals, leading effective team meetings that add value to the team and results. You will work closely with the Branch Managers, Regional Manager and Regional Development Manager to maximize capacity and sales opportunities as agreed in the Regional Plan so an ability to communicate effectively with others is essential.
To be considered for this role, our client, require the following:
Full level 4 diploma
Essential product knowledge of all financial, investment products, core savings and bonds.
Proven track record in achieving sales.
Experience of managing and developing a regulated sales force that has consistently achieved high value sales targets within a competent sales environment.
Experience of monitoring and implementation of suitable advice.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
Must hold valid driving licence as will be required to be mobile and work across the local market.
In return, our client are offering a salary between- £38,000-£57,000 plus excellent bonus scheme and benefits.
