We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday for our Birmingham, Lionel Street Customer Service Centre to respond to all calls in a dedicated, efficient and effective manner, within the response times attaining Company benchmark figures, to actively demonstrate at all times the provision of excellent service to all Customer Service Centre customers, internal and external, to maintain company standards of customer relationships and confidentiality and to ensure compliance of working procedures at all times.
