Summary of the role
Enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Sales Advisors are key to delivering the best possible service for our customers. Accountable for achieving both personal and store targets, as well as delivering outstanding store standards, you will form a part of our front line team engaging customers with confidence and applying your knowledge and expertise to ensure their visions become a reality.
What will I be doing?
Greeting customers and making them feel welcome in the store;
Using effective questions to understand customer needs;
Advising customers on suitable products, identifying and maximising sales opportunities;
Resolving customer queries and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm;
Measuring up and providing quotes often involving the conversion of imperial to metric measurements;
Working as a team to maintain high store standards of presentation, including merchandising & stock control;
Working as a team to consistently deliver the day to day operations on time and to a high standard.
Striving to achieve company goals and personal targets;
Operating a till and handling financial transactions.
