We are currently recruiting for a part time administrator for our new venue opening soon– Albert Square Chop House & Function Suites.
This amazing venue will be set across a 5 storey Grade II listed building comprising of a lower ground floor 70 seater Restaurant, a ground floor Brassiere Bar with outside seating for a further 50, a large, state of art Function Room for 120 and then the top two levels will be converted into stunning, boutique rooms providing luxury accommodation in the heart of Manchester.

Administrator duties:
answering calls taking reservations Deal with post Assist with diary scheduling, communications and message handling Control of stationery and uniforms by way of agreed process Organisation of basic hotel induction for all new staff Production / co-ordination of HOD induction pack Emergency cover for operation Effective co-ordination of all filing – both hard copy and network Assisting with IT issues in the hotel Maintenance of core manning document Production of menus, notices, memo’s, etc as agreed All discussions and activities within the work environment to be treated as 100% confidential unless specifically agreed otherwise Co-ordination of staff welfare projects where applicable Other duties as required
