You will be responsible for the
maintenance, development and implementation of a high quality
recruitment service to all recruiting Managers. Working as part of
the recruitment team, you will provide administration and systems
support to recruiting managers and candidates. You will
support and enhance the employer brand, through offering a timely,
quality service in the internal and external market. Your creative
and innovative thinking will lead to first class approaches to
recruitment ensuring that only the most talented and spirited
employees are attracted and undertake high quality, reliable and
valid assessment techniques.
You will be a positive team player
that always acts with integrity and who uses your initiative to
problem solve. Ideally you will have previous recruitment
experience.
This is a temporary post expected
to last for a period of 6 to 9 months to cover the existing post
holder's period of maternity leave.
