We currently have a vaca ncy for a Part Time Receptionist within our Edinburgh Office. Managing a busy switchboard, you will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to ensure the highest standards of client service are always maintained. The duties will include, answering incoming calls from a busy switchboard, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks as and when required. Skills required; Switch board experience; Accuracy and attention to detail; PC skills; Team player; Flexible attitude. Knowledge of the Vixen software package would be an advantage.
