The post holder is responsible for the day to day purchase of goods and services enabling the provision of a responsive cost effective and customer focussed service to NHS Lothian. Additionally the post holder directly supports the Purchasing Manager to expedite and manage all changes locally and nationally in the procurement storage and distribution of goods and ensuring a cost effective and value for money service to all customers.
