Senior HR Advisor
Our client now has opportunities for Senior HR Advisors to join the Port Talbot or Llanwern sites, paying a competitive salary.

3 Senior HR Advisors are needed to join the HR Business team to assist HR Management in the delivery of its strategic plans. 2 opportunities exist in Port Talbot, in Business HR and working on the HR improvement project, with one being a fixed term contract basis and the other a permanent role. Our client is also looking for a permanent HR advisor to work with the Engineering and Technical Department based in Llanwern. Senior HR Advisor’s will also work closely with HR operations, and with the Centre’s of Expertise and other suppliers to ensure key interventions in their area are delivered and appropriate service levels are set and met. This challenging role has a wide remit and will suit a candidate looking for a diverse and broad position.
Working in a matrix organisation, the successful Senior HR Advisor will need to have previous HR experience, as well as a broad HR knowledge base. A good understanding of legal and regulatory framework is also essential, coupled with experience of working on HR related projects preferably gained within a manufacturing environment. Our client is looking for an excellent communicator, who has good interpersonal and influencing skills, has experience of change management and is a member of an appropriate professional body.
