Estates Manager, South Wales, Cardiff, Retail, Property Management
Reporting to the Senior Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of your allocated area of the retail property portfolio.
This includes:
Rent and lease reviews and renewals
Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and other retailers
Maintaining knowledge of the retail footprint within all locations with in the area
Regular communication with the Senior Estates Manager and FD on all developments and close liaison with the Sales Operations Teams to identify opportunities and threats to the sales operation
Requirements for the role:
Preferably MRICS qualified
Preferably 2 years minimum working within property in a mid to large commercial business
Excellent market awareness and a commercial approach
Some retail experience would be an advantage
The ability to achieve deadlines and remain calm under pressure
