Our client is a long established, multi site Lancashire practice with an enviable reputation in the local community. In line with continued growth they wish to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
The successful recruit will pick up a busy caseload covering all aspects of Commercial Property with particular focus on Development work and Landlord & Tenant matters. The role would suit a solicitor who enjoys significant autonomy and client contact and who has aspirations to progress to partnership.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
