Tasks: You will be working for a regional development agent office for Subway and will be based in St Helens . Your duties will involve answering the telephone and taking accurate messages. You will be meeting and greeting visitors and be dealing with the internal and external post. You will be running errands, keeping the office tidy and also be ordering stationary.

Essential Criteria: You must be confident with a good telephone manner and be educated to GCSE level. You must be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products particularly Word and Excel. You must possess excellent communication and strong organisational skills. Other qualities must include being conscientious, trustworthy and highly organised.

Training on Offer: An NVQ level 2 in Business Administration will be offered via Qube Qualifications And Development Limited with in house training.
