To install and repair Virgin Media's products and basic Network elements as required, in accordance with the Company SOP, MIS and all other technical requirements. Ensuring that all work is completed within a timely and professional manner.
To ensure that a professional relationship is maintained with both internal and external customers at all times.
You’ll operate in a manner that ensures you help the team hit its targets within the parameters of the agreed service level agreement
You’ll carry out all installation and Service tasks as directed by the Field Manager
Carry out disconnection activity as directed
You’ll repair customer faults as directed and endeavour to provide a first time fix and your work is completed with full regard to Health and Safety regulations and in line with company procedures and other technical documents
You’ll ensure all work on external plant is carried out with full regard to New Road and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA)
Timely resolution of customer complaints
You’ll escalate faults / complaints that cannot be resolved using standard operating practices
You’ll maintain a quality customer service and ensure a positive customer relations is met and exceeded
Complete and submit all necessary documentation
Site / cabinet security
You’ll provide quality control of all contractor work within the network
You’ll carry out any other duties or tasks deemed necessary by your line manager
You’ll ensure excellent working relations are established and maintained with key interfacing areas
