Gyrodata is currently seeking to recruit a Purchasing Stock Control Assistant to join our Engineering department. This position will be based in the Aberdeen office and will report to our Buyer. The purpose of the role is to assist in all aspects of inventory control to maintain efficient and accurate stock rooms, systems and controls. Key duties will include Checking all deliveries from suppliers Reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders Assisting with stock takes Obtaining quotes and liaising with suppliers Raising requisitions and purchase orders and monitoring stock availability. Previous stock control experience is not required but would be beneficial. All candidates should have a minimum of 7 Standard Grades including English and Maths and be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word.
