Summary of Position
My client, a leading consultancy currently seeks a number of experienced Unix Consultants to join their team.
The team requires an additional experienced, reliable & resourceful expert with necessary skills and ability to work as part of a team and independently as appropriate.
P&C: Unix
This position requires the successful candidate to perform the following:
To design and implement technical solutions to customer infrastructure in line with approved principles and strategies.
To be responsible for the review of peer proposals to validate as a Technical Authority.
To deliver proposed solutions to meet planned budgets and timescales. This is to be achieved by completing the work within the quotation submitted in the approved proposal.
To ensure that all necessary support documentation is amended to reflect any implementation made.
To ensure handover and knowledge transfer to BAU and Control Bridge teams.
Must be able to work on own initiative
May need to work remotely (home based on occasion)
Good team player
