We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Manager.
The Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Head of Shared Services and will have regular interaction with the Senior HR Management Team. The Recruitment Manager will have the following direct responsibilities:
- Build candidate pool for UK utilising all of the major Recruiting web sites and Social media web sites in all locations
- Design, develop and maintain a presence on all Recruiting web sites and Social media networks, including Twitter, Facebook, Branchout etc.
- Maintain Iron Mountain external jobs database and external Iron Mountain jobs web site.
- Maintain statistics/Metric and preorting on all recruiting activity. Number of open positions in UKI, prospective candidates in pipeline, interviews in process, offers in progress, offer acceptance, start dates etc. Operational management of recruitment rate card.
- Identify, approach and screen candidates. Depending on workload, conduct first interview with candidates.
- Assist Hiring Managers with Interview logistics. ( Administrative resource to support this activity)
- Manage and drive interview process, compiling all feed back, ensuring the recruitment process progresses in an efficient and time effective manner.
- Manage offer process, negotiating and advising on remuneration as and when required.
- Provide Hiring Managers with competitive salary information to ensure that Iron Mountain offers of employment remain competitive in conjunction with Reward
- Manage and deliver offer of employment - work with processing team for contract and offer paperwork.
- Manage resignation process with candidates
- Maintain contact with candidates through to start date
- Be a part of the HR and Management team with regular presence required at meetings and presentations.
Experience required:
The successful candidate must demonstrate a sound track record in in- house recruitment. Ideally, this will be coupled with agency or Executive Search experience. High energy, a positive `can do` attitude and a cool professional demeanour will definitely be desirable attributes. We are keen to speak to candidates that satisfy the following requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent life experience
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role
- Previous experience of in-house recruitment experience
- Experience of managing full recruitment life cycle
- Experience of interaction with Middle and Senior Management
- Expert in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Experience of working within the US Corporate Culture
- Attention to detail and comfortable with analytics
