The Project Worker is key to the delivery of the WEA’s Employability programmes. The post-holder will work with unemployed people, building confidence through learning and enhancing skills through personal development planning and delivery of individual and group sessions. They will also be required to assist in the development and delivery of the local employer engagement strategy. Accurate record-keeping and familiarity with the use of databases are also important aspects of the role. Successful applicants are required to provide a standard disclosure.
