An experienced Accounts Administrator is required to work within a local company based inCentral Letchworth, Herts
Your role as the Accounts Administrator will be
- Nominal Ledger duties
- Preparation of payments for approved invoices
- Resolve invoice queries with company suppliers
- Preparation and issue of Invoices ensuring Sales Tax is charged accordingly
- Matching payments with invoices correctly
- Review of the Accounts Receivable Ledger
- Dealing with European Cashbooks
- Calculate and preparation of UK VAT returns
- Adhoc accounting duties
Requirements for the role
- AAT Technician Qualification
- Foreign currency transactions
- Computerised accounting software
- Demonstrable ability to work to deadlines
The Accounts Administrator role is a full time position and Is located close to train and bus routes in Letchworth
