Project / Programme Manager, Business Change - £45000 - £85000 + Bonus + Benefits

Annapurna are currently recruiting for a Project or Programme Manager to be part of the business change division of a large nationwide organisation.

The role involves:

• Plan the solution and the project (limited interdependencies with other projects, limited complexity) and control and manage the delivery to meet an agreed set of business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality
• Day-to-day delivery of the end-to-end project to meet the agreed business requirements within timescale, cost and quality constraints, to achieve the desired result
• Costing, estimating and planning the project
• Ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources
• Developing highly effective relationships with colleagues at all levels in the organisation to ensure efficient project delivery
• Create effective, informed and highly motivated teams focused on delivery, liaising with other related project and technical teams, to ensure cross-team cooperation and coordination.
• Engage with and manage relationships with suppliers ensuring value for money is provided, ensuring they are supporting the organisation in line with requirements
• Implement effective project management processes (including contingency plans)

The successful candidate will be expected to be extremely client facing and be able to manage senior stakeholders' expectations. The candidate must be able to effectively manage change of requirements, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, priorities, etc., to use available funds and resources efficiently.
