EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!Field Sales Executive - Kent, home basedFixed Term - Approx 15 months (to cover maternity leave) - Term Time only 39 hours per week - £25,250 PA pro rataCar, laptop, mobile phone and fuel card (for business miles)As a customer driven business, our client is the largest educational supplies business in the South East, with an ever-growing presence in the West Country and surrounding areas.Due to maternity leave, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced field sales professional in the Kent area This is a term time only position, on a fixed term contract from June 2012 to Sept 2013. They seek a team member with first class customer service and account management skills. You must be sales focused, and you will be judged against sales targets and call numbers. You will be responsible for promoting selling and educational supplies within a well-established area.

You should be able to actively seek additional opportunities and up-sell.You will need to demonstrate orders won in a previous field sales role and be able to work on your own initiative to manage your area and customer expectations, in order to help us maintain our reputation for customer service excellence. To be considered, applicants must have proven sales experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work to a brief and within company KPIs. Any educational or stationery experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive environment. Although a maternity position initially, there may be future opportunities within our progressive business.
