Our client a well-known restaurant establishment situated in Belfast central. Our client is seeking a Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
Objective
To maintain a good consistent high level of service within the Kitchen Department. To demonstrate our clients philosophy of great style, service, food and value.
The role
The role involves assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to take responsibility for the kitchen department, food cost, ordering, food and health and safety.

Junior Sous Chef:
You will be required to ensure that all menu dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard.
You will be required to manage the kitchen brigade, motivate the team and share knowledge, training and developing chefs within the team. Our menus include a la carte, daily specials and our dishes allow us the opportunity to showcase some of the best local food producers who share our passion for great local and seasonal products.
You will be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Junior Sous Chefs must be organised, an excellent communicator, a hands on manager who has excellent attention to detail.
Experience of working in a similar quality restaurant is required and an excellent knowledge of food is necessary. You must have passion for hospitality, commitment and dedication.
The role involves taking responsibility for the delivery of a high standard of food to our guests. You will be required to develop the commis chefs and as part of the role you will be expected to maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
Salary for Junior Sous Chef : £17,500.

Chef de Partie:
You will have the opportunity to move around all sections of the kitchen in this role.
Our menus include a la carte, daily specials and our dishes allow us the opportunity to showcase some of the best local food producers who share our passion for great local and seasonal products.
Chef de Parties must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Experience in a similar position is necessary and we are looking for commitment and dedication.
Salary for Chef de Partie : £14,000.
