Planned Project Manger My client is a leading Housing Association looking to appoint a new Project Manager in the Asset Management Team. The role will be based in Maidstone.The main purpose of the job is to undertake and coordinate planned and cyclical works to maintain and refurbish homes.Your main areas of responsibility will be:- Carry out Pre and post contract work - Prepare and check specifications and tender documentation - Undertake surveys to validate stock condition information It is essential that you have experience working within the housing industry. Ideally you will have QS qualifications and some commercial background. You would also need to have strong report writing skills, good analytical skills and experience of project managing planned works.
