Working across 10 - 20 branches, you’ll lead and motivate your sales teams to achieve performance targets. Specifically, that will involve working with Financial Advisors and Financial Planning Managers to ensure that customer needs are met, effective relationships are built, positive change is embraced and quality standards are maintained.

A confident, persuasive communicator, you’ll have the kind of infectious enthusiasm that will get the very best out of your team. It’s essential that you’re adaptable; highly sales focused and have a broad knowledge of all Premium investment products and core savings and bonds. Proven people management skills are also a must, together with a track record of achieving sales. You should hold CeFA/FPC and be prepared to study for IMC/AFPC or equivalent.
