NVQ Level 3 qualified, your previous experience will include supervising a team of Life Skills Support Workers, and your personal ambition will ensure that you want to deliver the very best care to ensure that the health and welfare of our residents are met.

Home Manager
Key Responsibilities
- To give medication as prescribed, ensuring that the medication is properly taken and to report any concerns to the Home Manager
- To maintain proper and accurate resident records
- To develop and maintain staff care rotas
- Any other tasks as directed by the Home Manager.
Skills & Experience
You will be able to build effective and credible relationships with residents, care teams, and relatives. Have experience of working in elderly care and be skilled in working collaboratively with others sharing ideas and information at all times and be conversant in basic computer skills.
Qualifications
You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care.
Additional Information
You must be able to work alternate weekends and days as agreed with the Home Manager.
