THE ROLE
Pan Macmillan is looking for a Production Assistant to manage reprints and support the children’s production team.
You will be a key member of a busy team, responsible for reprints and co-editions across a wide-range of products (including mono, colour and novelty items) from the Macmillan Children’s Books and Kingfisher imprints.
You will also be required to support the team, providing costs, schedules and liaising with suppliers as required.
The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure is a must!
The ideal candidate will possess a basic knowledge of the technical processes involved in the origination and manufacture of books, and will have some experience of working in a busy office. Book production experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Applicants must have an existing right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
This position is based in our offices in Kings Cross, just 5 minutes from Kings Cross train station.
