Eden Scott's client is a leading global company in its own field, based in Glasgow, is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst providing 1st support to in-house users.
Skills in strong customer-facing skills, PC & Printer Fixes, desktop support, Windows Active Directory.
Key skills required:
- Commercial experience of working in a IT helpdesk & Call Logging
- Good customer care and telephone skills plus ability to communicate in a clear and concise way with Users is key
- Technically competent, analytical and a good customer and IT awareness
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and report writing skills and must be able to prioritise issues in a timely manner.
- Resourceful, resilient and take ownership/responsibility for user issues and be able to show a high level of commitment and loyalty.
- Prioritise helpdesk requests within SLA
- Experience in Desktop 1st Level Support
- Remote support of PC's at offsite locations
- Basic Active Directory
- Printer Maintenance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Good Communication and strong Customer Facing Skills
Having a driving license would be an advantage
