Client:
We are a global coatings company that is a market leader in the variety of sectors that we operate within. Our marine division has developed a strong brand over the years due to the quality of our products and reliability of our service. Due to a promotion, we are now looking to hire a senior sales professional for the Scottish territory.
The Role:
You will manage a portfolio of customers mainly around the west coast which bring in revenues of around £2m per year. Given our status on patch, your focus will be on defending our business from the competition and growing margin from your existing customer base. Our products are suitable for new build and maintenance so you must keep yourself fully aware of all potential opportunities on the territory.
The Person:
Ideally you will have had some exposure to the marine market in Scotland at a fairly senior level. Alternatively, you should have coatings experience from any market, allowing you to deal with the technical nature of the sales process.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of between £40 - 48,000 is on offer for the right candidate with a bonus scheme which offers up to 25% of your salary. The benefits package is extensive, which includes a BMW 3/5 Series, contributory pension where we pay double your contribution and private healthcare.
