The Role
With our open door policy, you’ll find that your daily tasks will be very varied.We’re a small team of 5 and this is a fabulous opportunity to get involved in a generalist Human Resources role.It’s also a very exciting time for our department as we’re currently looking to implement a new recruitment system followed by a new HR system to make our processes slicker and easier.
The job role includes the areas of recruitment - carrying out the company induction and follow up development training day with all new starts, recruitment paperwork and tracking, promoting Crieff Hydro careers at jobs fayres, organising work experience placements and interviewing some of the front line staff; Effective Communications - through contribution to the staff newsletter, updating information on the intranet, message boards and social media channels; staff accommodation - through room checks and administration; accurate note taking at some investigation or disciplinary meetings and general administration.

What we need from you
You’ll be friendly and welcoming with a can do attitude.An ambassador for the Hydro, you’ll be a role model and will be presentable and confident to deliver training and attend jobs fayres.Your administration skills will be accurate, you’ll be IT savvy and have experience of word, excel, powerpoint and social networking.The soul of discretion, you’ll keep information private and confidential and you’ll be hardworking and proactive to make a difference everyday.If you’ve studied Human Resources, this would be advantageous.
Hours of work are mainly Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30am.There will be occasional weekend working for induction programmes and occasional later nights with jobs fayres.
