Working as part of the Development team producing a variety of information systems as well as a range of reporting tolls and Interfacing engines used to connect to third party systems.The role has a broad remit with duties that include investigation and resolution of software issues, maintenance development and feature development. This is not a front-line support role.Description: Deliver a complete software development service including the design, development, testing, release management and maintenance of software solutions. Use technical and development skills to investigate and resolve software issues. Develop and maintain enterprise management tools that will be used by customers, deployment teams, help desk staff and development teams. Develop and maintain the core Medway Server components including the Kernel, Communication and System Management modules. Assist with the mentoring of junior team members to improve their development skills, domain knowledge and product knowledge. Work with the Team Leader to improve development processes, practices and procedures. Work with other development and project teams from time-to-time to share technical expertise and deliver software solutions. Person Specification, Experience and Knowledge Minimum of 18 months experience of developing commercial applications within a busy team atmosphere in C# Extensive knowledge of Winforms and/or WPF development Fully conversant with Object Orientated Design and Programming.
