Key Purpose of the Role:
To lead by effectively sales managing, motivating and coaching a mixed team of Financial Advisers (FA) & Financial Consultants (FC) to maximise short and long-term profitability for the Bank through the achievement of sales, quality and service targets. To support the Bank's vision to be the UK's best Bank by deepening customer relationships and offering exceptional customer experience through the sales & service offered by your team of advisers & consultants.

Applicants must hold FRSE qualification or equivalent and be prepared to complete Level 4 qualification as required by RDR deadlines.
