Reporting into the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for:
Leading a strategic review of all procurement process, procedures and practices currently utilised.
Form a new procurement strategy to move the organisation forward.
Establish high-quality relationships with key internal stakeholders to assist in the implementation of the new strategy.
Manage the procurement team who directly report into this role and handle operational procurement issues.
Ensure the organisation comply with all EU regulations and practices and are fully compliant in all practices.
Ideally, you will have strong public sector and EU experience with a demonstrable track record of managing strategic change and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will be CIPS qualified combined with strong management experience.

Pro rata salary 38,000
