We are working with a leading global brand and a true employer of Choice in the South-East. Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Leader to Manage their Graduate programme and intake for the UK. The Graduate Recruitment is outsourced to a leading Global organisation and it is they who would hire you, basing you on-site with the technology business in Reading. The programme will include a number of MBA, Under-Graduate and Intern hires.

To be successful in your application, you should be an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager with experience in Global blue-chips, preferably in technology. You should have a solid career history with at least one established brand with a strong reputation for Graduate Recruitment.
