Following the huge growth and recent financial investment this entrepreneurial business has received, they have now restructured their HR team and are moving to a Business Partner model.
The HR Business Partner will report in to the Head of HR and will be responsible for a client group of around 400 people. You will cover the full generalist remit dealing with ER issues, all recruitment for that site and getting involved with some L&D. In addition to this you will be getting heavily involved in the more strategic elements of HR. You will be working closely with Head Office to streamline HR processes and increase efficiencies.
this is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business and put your own stamp on their operations. You will be given lots of autonomy to implement at a local level and will be managing senior stakeholders.
Who we're looking for
The HR Business Partner will:
Be CIPD qualified
Have strong knowledge of UK employment law
Have an entrepreneurial approach to HR
Have strong stakeholder management skills
