Duties and Responsibilities

The UCL Eastman Dental Institute is a w or ld class, postgraduate institute, providing high quality patient care, education and advanced research.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to provide administrative supp or t to the Direct or ’s Office. Duties will include diary management and co or dination of meetings, processing incoming/outgoing mail, answering and directing telephone calls, co or dinating travel arrangements f or the Institute Direct or , minute taking, booking rooms, filing and photocopying and providing cover f or the HR Lead during periods of absence.

The post-holder must be able to w or k unsupervised and w or k 10am to 3.30pm each day Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate should have previous experience of undertaking Personal Assistant duties, w or king in an MS Office and internet environment. (S)he should have 5 GCSEs at grades A-C ( or equivalent) including English and Maths and be educated to A-level standard.
