Sales Support Administrator – IFA Practice
Access Recruitment has been appointed by our client to recruit a Sales Support Administrator .
The company
My client is a well established, well known local IFA practice. They work with corporate and private clients across Northern Ireland providing advice in areas such as pension planning, investment, IHT planning, mortgages and protection of assets.
The role
You will be providing sales support services, including:
Preparing valuations
Preparing illustrations, application forms and meeting packs
Organising compliance documentation
Liaising with clients and with product providers
Assisting with product research
Assisting with Suitability Reports
Entering and updating client details on back-office system
Scanning and electronically filing documents
Other general administration duties as required
The person
You will have at least 2 year’s experience in a similar role in an IFA environment
You will have experience in dealing with pensions, investments and protection matters, and know your way around the various providers’ websites/extranets.
You will be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who pays great attention to detail
You will be experienced in using an IFA back-office system
