Aspire Sports Health & Fitness Ltd specialises in the delivery of education-focused physical activity and sport sessions. We work with schools, nurseries and local communities all over the West Midlands and are looking to recruit dedicated individuals to deliver high quality sport, dance and physical activity sessions.

Person specification:
Desirable
Possess a HND/ degree in a relevant field
A broad range of NGB coaching qualifications
Able to deliver sessions with up to a group of 30 children attending
Essential
Experience in the sports coaching and/ or education sector
Ability to communicate with children and adults
Enthusiastic and passionate about improving the lives of children
Be a positive role model
Have a knowledge and understanding of effective pupil behaviour management
Be well organised
Possess a minimum of one level 1 NGB qualification
Driving licence and access to own mode of transport
You will also have attended a Sports Coach UK safeguarding and protecting children workshop and hold a current CRB disclosure.
Employment is subject to a company enhanced CRB check and it will be a requirement for successful candidates to complete an intense induction programme prior to employment.
