We have a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced HR department in a dual HR and Training Coordinator role for an IIP accredited publicly funded organisation. The role is to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
The training coordinator duties will consist of:
Collate the training needs of staff following appraisal reviews, and in response to specific requests on the HR database.
Facilitate and undertake regular training needs analysis in conjunction with other HR staff.
Administer processes associated with booking and funding external training for employees
Monitor, evaluate and report on the delivery of training provided
The HR duties will consist of:
Supporting the HR department with an upcoming TUPE process
Minute taking in disciplinary/grievance and if comfortable case managing low level disciplinary/grievances
You need to be able to demonstrate previous experience undertaking similar duties. Only basic training will be on offer as we are really looking for somebody who can hit the ground running. You need to be highly organised, a team player and have strong IT skills. If you hold a CPP this would be a distinct advantage.
