Legal Assistant -Conveyancing Team
The team deals exclusively with repossession sales on behalf of our lender clients. We are looking for a conveyancer who wishes to focus on property sales and has a particular interest in solving the difficult issues that can arise.

Candidates will have:
at least 2/3 years conveyancing experience
a good technical knowledge of property law and processes including case management systems
an ability and willingness to understand the needs of our lender clients’ businesses and to work with the clients to achieve the clients’ objectives
problem solving ability
the ability to anticipate clients’ needs and requirements
an ability to quickly and accurately process work whilst retaining a grasp on all ongoing matters for the clients
excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and communicate with clients and their staff from the Managing Director to sales staff
a willingness to work hard and, when necessary, put in the hours to get the job done particularly at critical times for the client such as year ends
the ability to work with minimal supervision
the ability and willingness to be a positive team player within a busy team

The role will involve:
dealing with property sales from beginning to end
meeting the clients’ service level agreements and requirements
working quickly, effectively and accurately with minimal supervision
helping others within the team during absences or peak workloads
