We have a great story to tell - from the personal commitment of our staff to deliver a vital service to our customers, to the hundreds of millions of pounds we invest in the economy each year to the role we play in safeguarding the environment for future generations.

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and delivery of marketing and brand development strategies to support Dwr Cymru's business needs and ensure that our presence and activity is highly visible both internally and externally. This will include overseeing a clear brand proposition, the production of all publications, brand guidelines, developing a consistent tone of voice, design style and approach to all internal and external campaign material and signage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for policing the Dwr Cymru brand, will work with the Head of External Relations to devise customer focussed campaigns to influence behaviour change, and working closely with colleagues across the business to refine and improve customer engagement.
You will deliver a coherent, consistently high-quality high-impact experience for internal and external stakeholders, always aligned to the overarching Dwr Cymru Communications Strategy.

Dŵr Cymru is a diverse organisation with staff located at hundreds of sites across Wales and adjacent parts of England. The organisation operates within a regulated, technical and highly complex sector. The successful candidate will build awareness and appreciation of Dŵr Cymru, our "not for profit" status, our £1.4bn 5-year investment programme as well as our campaigns to improve the environment, reduce pollution, and encourage our customers to use water wisely. This will be done through the development of a clear brand and marketing strategy that will increase the visibility of the company through a clear and consistent approach. An innovative and ambitious approach will be required in order to meet objectives on a tight budget that befits our "not-for-profit" status.

The role will require flexibility to work across disciplines. All staff are expected to actively explore and identify new and interesting avenues for communicating effectively and imaginatively with target audiences.
