Our client, an established Local Authority in South Wales has approached BRC seeking an experienced Private Sector Lettings Officer to work in and around the Neath area on a temporary contract.
You will be required to:
Manage all aspects of the private sector lettings process
Deliver a high quality professional service to members of the public seeking housing
Conduct viewings with potential residents
Investigate all estate and tenancy management issues
Manage rent accounts and collect arrears
Provide advice to tenants regarding issues such as ASB, repairs and arrears
Effectively manage complaints, taking appropriate action and ensuring compliance by tenants with all matters contained in the Tenancy Agreement
Monitor the progress of void properties to minimise void periods
Liaise with the maintenance team to report and monitor repairs
To be considered for this post you must have:
Extensive lettings experience
An enhanced CRB
A full driving license and access to a car
