Experienced restaurant Kitchen Manager required for handmade burger Co restaurant. At handmade burger Co we are passionate about fresh food, quality ingredients and outstanding customer service, delivering an extensive menu of more than 40 burgers made from scratch, in a relaxed and stylish environment. As Kitchen Manager you will be expected to manage and motivate a team of 10 15 staff within this well established restaurant. Fully responsible for all aspects of running a busy kitchen and reporting to the restaurant General Manager, your duties will include: Controlling your own food stocks Employing and developing your own team Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times Accurate record keeping, stock rotation and food labelling With the ability to motivate your team to work quickly and efficiently.
