Our Client based in Belfast wishes to recruit a Web Developer to join their team via Parity’s graduate INTRO Programme The graduate software developer will join the web development team to work on Facebook and mobile applications and e-commerce projects.A good understanding of principles of modern web development practice, including responsive design and HTML5, is expected.The graduate will be expected to learn quickly how to build, test and scale web apps used by many users.Working to tight deadlines and accurately estimating projects to ensure the necessary time is allocated, the chosen developer will be expected to work closely with the Project Manager and directly with clients.Essential Criteria 3rd level related disciplineWorking knowledge of PHP, CSS and HTML including the principles and practice of responsive design for mobile devices.Understanding of website deployment and testing procedures.Mobile software development skills (iOS and/or Android) would be an advantage.Magento e-commerce platform knowledge or experience would be good.Hours of Work Full time Salary £18,000 per annumThis opportunity is brought to you through the INTRO Programme.
