THE COMPANY: This privately owned firm operates on an international basis and is currently expanding their sales team with this search for a new field sales engineer to cover Scotland. They manufacture sensors and control systems used for flow, speed, photo-electric and process applications and sell to a variety of end users and OEMs. You will be selling to production, engineering and quality managers and engineers, in a role which is a good mix of account management and new business development. An extensive training course will ensure your success here.
THE PERSON: You will have the following skills;
- Field sales track record
- You will have sold a mechanical or electrical product into the manufacturing sector
- An engineering qualification is preferred
- You will have a consultative sales approach
