Site Manager - Security cleared for prisons construction
Peterborough / Cambridgeshire - Flexible to travel throughout region
To £30,000 pro rata - could lead to permanent
Initial 2 to 3 month contract with expected extensions and possible permanent role.
ESSENTIAL: You must have current security clearance for Prisons / Ministry of Justice at either the Standard ( enhanced ) level or ideally CTC level ( Counter Terrorism Clearance) within MOJ.
Site Manager with recent experience of prison building projects - refurbishment and/or new build required.
Our client has a long term framework agreement within which they are picking up a large number of new contract awards with immediate start dates.
You will be overseeing traditional build construction projects, likely in the range of £50,000 to £150,000. Projects are largely refurbishment though also some new build as required. Locations can range acroos the East Midlands / East Anglia region including Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Norwich, Suffolk,
