My client is a leading South Wales based housing association. They have an excellent reputation as one of the best employers in the social housing sector in Wales. They provide general needs, shared ownership, leasehold, sheltered and supported housing to tenants and own a combined stock of nine thousand properties. Due to the internal transfer of a permanent member of staff they are looking for a temporary income recovery officer to work with their newly created leasehold services team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of three officers, an administrator and will report directly into a team manager. The role is full time thirty-seven hours a week Monday to Friday. The purpose of the post is to provide an effective income management service for the organisation’s leasehold properties. Day to day responsibilities of the post will include collection of major works and service charge monies, home visits, dealing with customer enquiries, serving section 20 notices and following an established arrears procedure to potential to court action.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a proven background in income recovery with another registered social landlord to join a leading South Wales based housing association. Benefits of the post include a competitive hourly rate and mileage allowance. Hays - 10 months ago
