My client an established company in Swansea is looking to expand their team with a Business Development/
Marketing Manager to drive continued sales within the Business 2 Business environment

Salary: 25-30k depending in experience plus bonus structure once probation completed.

Contract duration: Permanent
Location: Swansea

You will be managing a team of 5 and be responsible for meeting sales/marketing targets. You will be responsible for driving the strategy to grow our brand and market share.

Key responsibilities:
Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Assisting in recruiting and training sales staff.
Compiling and analysing sales figures and profit margins from different sources.
Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, managing and driving the sales team and marketing team
Maximising sales from existing customers and building relationships.
Collecting customer feedback, discussing it with the team and creating action plans and implementing them.
Finding new opportunities and tenders and making sure they are submitted on time.
Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Providing timely feedback to Directors regarding performance of team members and departments.
Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing quotations while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent in a business, sales or marketing subject.
