Planning & Policy. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new leaning & development programmes.
Responsibilities:
Working with Line Management to identify and analyse learning and development needs within
the department
Identifying leaning needs across the department
Ensure the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development plans
Produce training materials as and when required
Ensure all training that is carried out is recorded and shared with line managers and individuals, producing and analysing training reports for each department to monitor the effectiveness of learning and development plans
Develop and maintain the department’s Policy Framework so as to ensure that information relating to external and internal policies is readily available to staff
To participate and contribute to the Departmental Safety Group sharing sickness absence and training information relating to health and safety
To ensure all staff are aware of the guidelines, policies and procedures, have adequate training on the system and kept up-to-date with changes and developments.
Develop, maintain and review the Induction process
To coordinate the recruitment, induction and management of placements , liaising with the Careers Office, Placement Office and HR
