Our client is a newly established company with aggressive plans for
expansion, they have developed a unique system for letting agents
and Landlords that minimizes the risk of late rent or rent arrears
arising during tenancy. They are in a unique position within the
marketplace, with nobody else in the market offering this IT based
product.
This is a small but ambitious company, and they are looking for a
Graduate Business Development Executive with the same passion to
succeed as they have as an organization. The graduate must also
feel comfortable both working alone and as a team - the working
environment is target driven and extremely fast paced, but the team
is extremely friendly and easy to get along with.
For the right candidate you will be working closely with the sales
and managing director, so they really will be learning from the
best – given both internal and external training. The ideal
candidate will be eager to learn at a fast pace while given all the
support they need from the existing team. This is the perfect
position for a graduate who to join a team that is really willing
them to do well.
The Role – Graduate Business Development Executive
This is a client facing role, where the right candidate will create
business opportunities for the company. The successful graduate
will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities within a set
geographical area.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate appointment with Letting agents
- Convert new business opportunities into sales
- Give demonstrations to potential clients
- Meet Revenue targets
- Once accounts are established main a strong relationship
identifying opportunities to up sell.

- Essential - Educated to degree level
- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills

- Professional and mature attitude
- Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong commercial awareness
- Strong organisational skills
- IT Literate
- Full, preferably clean, UK driving license required.
