The Venue
Commanding 13 acres of outstanding Northamptonshire countryside, Sedgebrook Hall boasts all the charm and character of a meticulously restored Victorian country house. It has been purpose built to provide 23 meeting rooms and each of the 102 en-suite bedrooms have been designed to offer the height of modern convenience and comfort.
The Reception Role
Your main aim will be guest care and satisfaction Operating consistent standards in all areas, with the emphasis being on creating the correct first impressions Ensuring that the switchboard is answered correctly. The Ideal Person
The ideal candidate for the Receptionist position must have previous hotel reception experience, will have good computer skills, an excellent telephone manner and like working with the public. A pleasant and welcoming personality is essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and communicate well with both guests and colleagues.
